For whatever reason, their website won't let you enter a FF number for any program other than their own (sheesh, and people complain that Microsoft doesn't like competition??). Now, I'm the type of brother who packs only carry-on when flying to Europe for a week. Necessity made me check it today. It's now 11pm on the west coast and I have no idea where my luggage is.
