TheFatPlat booked a ticket this morning on Delta.com. For whatever reason, their website won't let you enter a FF number for any program other than their own (sheesh, and people complain that Microsoft doesn't like competition??). I contacted their support via chat, and this is who I spoke with and how he ended the conversation:

Peter Parker: Thank you for choosing Delta. Keep smiling, have a great time. It was pleasure chatting with you.

Today I checked luggage on a trip to the east coast that was to be followed by a cross-continental trip that same evening. Now, I'm the type of brother who packs only carry-on when flying to Europe for a week. Necessity made me check it today. It's now 11pm on the west coast and I have no idea where my luggage is. Neither does Delta.
